You will be working in a fast-paced environment that confronts you with various projects and challenges.
If this is the type of environment you are looking for, you must be available to work between 9:00 and 18:00 French time and the time difference should be within a 3-hour range from the French time zone.
Role
We are seeking a passionate, curious, and proactive Tracking Specialist to join our analytics team.
You will work closely with our technical lead on the following key responsibilities:
- Audit data collection architectures, including dataLayer, tag management systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Design, deploy, and manage data collection architectures for analytics and advertising measurements, with both server-side and client-side tracking.
- Collaborate with analysts to create relevant and sustainable analytics tracking for digital products.
- Ensure tracking quality and coherence across client implementations.
- Configure, test, and review tracking setups, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide support to client and third-party media agency on tracking-related questions.
- Investigate and resolve issues or bugs within the data collection pipeline.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reference documentation on data collection architecture, technical specifications, and best practices.
You will be in touch with a variety of teams, including (but not limited to):
- Client Business teams
- Client Digital teams
- Client Data teams
- Third-party media agency
- Third parties development teams
Most of the team is French, but communication will be in English. The core of our offer is based on Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in a tracking specialist role
- Previous experience working remotely
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4
- Solid understanding of Google Tag Manager
- Solid understanding of “whole digital ecosystem” measurement, going beyond the website, including CRM, email marketing, and social platforms…
- Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular...)
- Experience in querying and using Google Analytics 4 data model
Nice to have
- Experience with Contentsquare
- Experience with PowerBI and Python
- Experience with Azure DataBricks
- Experience with Google advertising tools from the Google Marketing Platform

Salary & benefits
45-55k euros, depending on skills and experience. Freelancers are welcome. That would be for a long contract with adequate rates.
