Role
You will be in charge of providing our client with the analytics support as well as performing data quality control to ensure that the insights derived from web analytics are accurate and useful.
Your responsibilities as a Web Analytics Support / Quality Analyst will include :
Analytics Support
- Manage end-user support requests, debug issues, keeping ownership of cases until resolution.
- Help improve our end-user-facing documentation and guides.
- Document and contribute to improving our internal processes and systems
Quality Analyst
- Develop and define quality criteria to support the activities of business stakeholders
- Implement and configure audits to assess compliance with quality criteria
- Conduct regular reviews of audit results and findings, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot non-compliant findings and engage other teams for corrective actions when necessary
- Analyse non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions
You will be in touch with a variety of teams including (but not limited to):
- Client Digital marketing teams
- Client Data teams
- Client Development teams
What we are looking for
Skills
- Relevant work experience in a technical support role
- Relevant work experience using web skills like JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with working with ticketing systems (Zendesk)
- Great understanding of technical infrastructure, data flows, and system integrations within a digital marketing ecosystem
- Digital marketing expertise
- Fluency in English

Nice to have
- Fluency in French
- Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience working with tag management tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with databases and SQL queries
The position is open to junior profiles as well.
Salary & Perks
Salary will depend on skills and experience. Freelancers are welcome (long-term contract with adequate rates).
