Role

We are looking for a Senior Web Analytics Consultant to support our key client in structuring and elevating their digital analytics practice.

Your main mission will be to support the overall client’s digital agenda through data. You will play a central role in helping the client understand their users, improve their digital products, and make business data-driven decisions.

As part of this work, you will be conducting various analyses and will operate across the full analytics chain: tracking, data management, visualisation, and business recommendations. This role requires a hybrid profile: strong technical understanding, excellent analytical skills, and a mature consulting posture.

What You Will Do

  • Identify business needs, challenge stakeholders, and turn those needs into clear analytics requirements;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis depending on business needs (user behaviour, conversion funnels, digital performance, data privacy, …);
  • Define, validate, and optimise tracking plans;
  • Work with data sources using SQL and Python/PySpark when needed;
  • Build dashboards and insights using data visualisation tools;
  • Present results, provide clear recommendations, and guide decision-making;
  • Collaborate with our client’s different stakeholders in a large-account environment.

This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may evolve depending on the client's needs and ongoing projects.

Experience & Hard Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar analytics-focused consultant role within a large-account environment.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA) and Contentsquare.
  • Solid understanding of Google Tag Manager (good operational level).
  • Experience with Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and Python (PySpark appreciated).
  • Fluent French and English (written & spoken).

Soft Skills

  • Strong consulting mindset: autonomous, proactive, structured, business-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Diplomatic, empathetic, and comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

Location & Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time permanent contract (CDI, 39 hours).
  • You must be based in Montpellier or the surrounding region.
  • On-site presence at the client’s headquarters: minimum 2 days/week, with 2/3 days of remote work/week.

Salary & Perks

Salary range: €45.000 - €55.000 gross per year, depending on skills and experience.

As an employee based in France, the social package includes:

  • Five paid weeks of holidays, sick leaves
  • Health & life insurance
  • Pre-paid lunch vouchers

Additional perks are:

  • Flexible remote policy
  • Bonuses
  • Financial aid for coworking space
  • End-of-the-year gifts
  • Teambuilding activities once or twice a year
